She was rushed to a local hospital in a critical condition.

The Australian mother suffered severe brain trauma and a broken pelvis.

Her devastated family have made an urgent plea to raise money to bring Alivia back to New South Wales‘ central coast for treatment.

Close friend Reese Campbell wrote on GoFundMe: “She is fighting hard, but she has a long road ahead of her.”

“Alivia is not only a friend to so many of us — she is also a devoted mother to two young daughters who need their mum home.

“Right now, her family and friends are doing everything they can to support her recovery and bring her back to Australia safely once she is stable enough to travel.

“The medical care, hospital bills, and potential emergency medical transport home are extremely expensive, and the costs are adding up quickly.

“Every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference for Alivia and her family during this heartbreaking time.”

It follows the death of a man in a head-on scooter crash with a car in Bali earlier this year.

Bryce Alexander Black, 33, died at the scene after the scooter he was riding on with his girlfriend Samantha Baillie, 33, slammed head-on into a car.

Bryce, from New South Wales, Australia, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Samantha – also from the central coast – was rushed to hospital in critical condition,

The couple were travelling along Petitenget St in North Kuta about 4.30am when tragedy struck, ending Bryce’s life and leaving Samantha critically injured.

GoFundMe has since been launched by Samantha’s friend Savannah-Leigh Homer, who revealed the mum-of-two was left “badly injured” in the devastating crash.

“She has suffered significant injuries throughout her body, including a fractured skull with bleeding on the brain, multiple broken fingers with severe hand injuries, injuries to her pelvis, and extensive injuries to her feet,” Savannah-Leigh said.

“She is badly injured and facing a long and uncertain recovery.”

Savannah-Leigh said the Bali trip was Samantha’s first time overseas after “recently starting a new chapter of her life”.

“It was supposed to be a happy milestone,” she explained, adding it was now “the most devastating time of our lives”.
