Emirates is still running flights in and out of Dubai, as many airlines have stopped all journeys to the UAE until the summer.
British Airways is among many airlines to stop flights due to safety fears as Iran continues missile attacks across the Middle East.
The Foreign Office's latest travel advice warns Brits against all but essential travel to the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The guidance advises people to stay indoors, and adds: “There is a high threat of terrorist attack globally affecting UK interests and British nationals, including from groups and individuals who view the UK and British nationals as targets. Stay aware of your surroundings at all times.” It adds that possible targets may include hotels, beaches, restaurants and shopping centres."

Kuwait files aviation complaint over Iran attacks
Kuwait has lodged a formal protest with the UN aviation body ICAO, warning that Iranian attacks have endangered civil aviation safety.
In a statement shared by the State of Kuwait’s official government communication account, the country’s civil aviation authority said the incidents amounted to “serious violations” of Kuwaiti airspace and had put passengers, airline crews and airport facilities at risk, causing damage and injuries.
Officials added Kuwait would "preserve all its legal rights" and take necessary steps to protect national security and aviation infrastructure.

Qatar Airways is relocating part of its fleet to Teruel Airport in eastern Spain as regional instability and airspace closures continue to disrupt operations across the Middle East.
Flight tracking data suggests around 20 aircraft are now being placed into long-term storage, with more jets expected to arrive.
The move has been described as a "strategic retreat amid regional conflict," with the airline running only a "skeleton service” since mid-March.
By transferring high-value widebody aircraft to Spain, the carrier is aiming to protect its fleet from security risks and reduce operational costs while uncertainty over the conflict persists.
Although limited flights to some destinations have resumed, several routes - including some in Europe - remain suspended until at least May 2026, reflecting a cautious outlook for recovery as tensions continue to affect aviation across the Gulf region.

Emirates has confirmed it is operating a reduced number of flights between the UK and Dubai until further notice as disruption continues across the region.

Limited services are currently operating from several UK airports, including London Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, as well as Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.
